Sandwich artist literally couldn't hear anything I told her chicken somehow she gave me Turkey even though I told her multiple times I said chicken she decided to put in a used knife to put my sandwich in half. Disgusting and weird because I know and I've seen it many times you are supposed to use a different knife with each customer never coming back. Don't waste your money here. I wish I could have gotten a Refund, but I was in a hurry.

never answer the phone i called 5 times. rude. i just wanted a foot long cookie.

Well she had to answer her phone in the middle of my order cause her kids kept calling but she made sure it was ok to answer. After she made me and my husband subs she had to close cause her son had broke his leg and i feel her pain but she was cussing but not at us just in general but might have held that in but she had all right to be mad cause she had to leave.

Food was not sliced fresh as advertised and meats looked old. Bread was stale. Will never go there again.

Walked in the door was told I’m not waiting on you. I’m going on a break.

Walked in at 2:30pm to order a sub, door says closes at 7. There was no line but the woman working was in the middle of putting items out and said it would be a minute. After 15 minutes she walked over to the counter and said “I was already supposed to be f’n closed but you people wanna keep f’n walking in.” She continued to curse at me and play with her phone, so I walked to the attached store and asked for management. All three employees claimed to be on their second day and that management was never there. They also had no way to contact the manager and told me I could just come another day and see if they had shown up.

This lady is here every weekend by herself with a line that needs to fixed and she got a lil frustrated cause the lady in front of me wanted 13 footlong subs and 3 salads. Remind u there is 9 people behind them. So she told the lady she cant do that rn and got cussed at but she said can she wait get the line down and than take her. But overall she did our subs good as always. Thanks again

Amazing customer service at this location!! The ladies here are genuinely sweet and kind. And they made a delicious sandwich, will be returning again ☺️

Must say of you like to watch bugs run on your sandwich while being made this is definitely the place. Cookies and sandwiches covered in bugs. Horrible customer service as well.
