WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN. I work near the building as this subway restaurant and i only get 30 minute lunches and ordered on the app to beat the time and also skip the line/wait. During my lunch i head to the subway and my order was not ready and was never made. There was a HUGE line i was not going to wait in especially if i had already paid in advance. So i spoke to one of the workers named Bardeeb, she told me they never received the order on their side and she would not be able to issue a refund because it’s not in the system. of course right? So she tells me to wait til the manager gets in around 12. I come back after 12 on the second break to talk to him and he was still not there. A couple days later i received a email asking about my experience so obviously i give it a 1 star since i never received food or refund and staff did not care. 1 day after i wrote to review specifically to subway i get another email saying they issued a refund and i will receive it 5-7 business days. It’s now been 9 business days come that email. I checked my card for refund and still never got it. So i go into subway AGAIN to try to talk to the manager, he wasn’t much help either and was super rude and did not care about anyone’s experience in his store. Kamal (Manager) said there is nothing he can due since he voided it on their end but yet still never received my refund. He tells me to take it up to my bank even though it’s not their problem. My refund is only $11 and they couldn’t even give me a cash refund, didn’t offer to make another sandwich, chips, nothing. DONT ORDER AHEAD BECAUSE YOU WONT RECEIVE YOUR FOOD OR REFUND!!!!
