Walked in. Asked for an Italian BMT and tried to substitute ham for bacon (my autistic son doesn't like the ham) and I was told "we don't do that here" very rudely. When informed that I had been to several subway locations that have had no issue doing it, I was told no yet again. I'm not trying to say the customer is always right, but I wasn't asking for anything I wasn't willing to pay extra for. Do not recommend. Poor customer service!

Food was good and service not bad at all.

Worked there in the 80s when it just started, everything was fresh cut, like it should be. We have forgotten what customer service is!

They never honor the BOGO and they definitely skimp on portions. The food is bad and the workers here clearly only care about the money. Worst subway I have ever been to and I been to quite a few bad ones too. Vegetarian options: Yes Dietary restrictions: Yes Parking: Yes Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
