I used the Subway app to get the buy 2 get 1 free. The lady making the Subs was new and my order was complicated. She didn't panic, certainly seemed dumbfounded about how to fix the problem. The owner of store is such a nice man. He calmly walked from the front cashier back to the Subway counter. He listened to the problem and gave her the information she needed to hear. Problem solved. I did have to tell her to stop adding spinach, it did not look very healthy. I gave her a big tip because I could see her struggle. She needed the encouragement. She will be an expert in no time.

On two occasions they did not answer reluctantly, but on the majority they have treated me well. I feel that the product is fresh. I like it.
