DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! THOSE PEOPLE HAVE NOT A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING..I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IN EMPLOYEES and it seems the management doesn't even care about the reviews cause none of them are answered back to justify all the complaints..SHAME
I love how there are so many 1 star reviews. This place deserves it. This place is not only one of the slowest franchises that I have ever been to, but the owner is so stingy they put FOUR OLIVES on the sub. FOUR. I asked for more, the guy gets two more. TWO. OLIVES. Guy says “sorry, if you want more you’ll have to pay for extra veggies.” My guy, what??? The lettuce in the bin was disgusting. Rotten. Old. Tomatoes were soggy. Just absolute trash veggies, and the guy wants to CHARGE to add olives. What world is he living in…. Stingy doesn’t even describe it. AC must be permanently set to 80 because it’s hot as heck inside this place almost all the time Owner is a prick, treats his employees bad, and deserves every single one star review that he gets. Vegetarian options: Limited options Parking: Parking spaces are very short. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, ramp is right out front
Pretty ok. It's subway, you kinda already know what your getting before you order. You can be at the Subway on 17th street in Fort Lauderdale or the Subway in schlipple airport in the Netherlands and order a Turkey sub. And they will taste exactly the same. We're not breaking any new ground here in sandwich technology. But there is definitely something comforting about consistency across the board and across the world. Staff here is friendly and fast. Quick to take your order and complete it. Location is nice, but parking is dicey sometimes depending on the time of day.
I am from out of town at a turnaround. We came here for our lunch break for some a/c and good food while we relaxed for a bit. We went here on 11/26/2023 around noon. Pros: •The subway was easy to spot from the road Cons: •The lady making our sandwiches had an attitude the whole time like we were inconveniencing her •The ingredients behind the glass were little to none •The vegetables were not appealing and I had to ask for fresh spinach that did not look old. The spinach was wilting and looked slimy. I did not want to take a chance while working. •When asking for vegetables she was skimping and we would have to ask for more than just two pickles. •We had told her we wanted large drinks but when she had rung us up kept saying oops I only charged you for a small drink. Believe me, I know we do not know what others are going through at that moment but if you are working in the customer services industry then it would not kill you to be polite. Due to all that we decided to get our food to go and just ate in the truck. Vegetarian options: You can get any sandwich with just vegetables. Dietary restrictions: Whatever you do not want on your sandwich just inform them Parking: The parking lot is a shared parking lot with other businesses. Kid-friendliness: They sell a kids meal Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp area to get up on the sidewalk.
Subway, you need to promote and give a raise to the lovely gentleman who served us today! Kylan is honestly the reason I'd go back. Not only was he interacting with us so well, but while we were seated I noticed him jump out from behind the counter to open the door for an elderly gentleman who was coming in. Scholar and a gentleman and honestly wish the best things for this guy, he deserves recognition. Also he makes a killer sandwich!!
it was 9 pm but he did not let me enter at 8:30 pm
This is the worst Subway in South Florida. They just charge me $20 for $11 combo meal.
