Subway

I went today on 01/30/24 around 10:45 am with my mother and sister . I asked the young man for two sandwiches. He asked if I wanted any other sandwiches and I said no because my sister was not sure if she wanted one. When he was taking out my sandwiches from the oven I asked for another sandwich because my sister decided she wanted one after all. At the same time another customer walked in. The young man then told me I would have to wait for my third sandwich until he helps the other customer because he had asked me if I wanted any other sandwiches and I had said no. I then told him he has not even finish preparing my sandwiches and nor has he charged me for them and that I wasnt done ordering, therefore he still had to continue helping me. He said that's the rule and that I have to wait. He said it was first come first serve. I asked him to show me where it says that because I did not know that was their rule and that at no other restaurant have I been told such a thing. I also told him if its first come first serve then you still need to help me first because I was here first. He then told me his manager had told him to do it that way and if I didn't like it then to leave. I told him I was leaving and that I was not paying for those sandwiches that he had not even finish preparing. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I then left with no sandwiches. The young man was very rude and I will never go back to that place again. Also the place was very dirty and they were only selling bottled drinks.

Food options were fresh and associate was pleasant

Very poor service only one employee attended the 7 customers in line it took one hour to get my one sandwich never never visit this place again

The girl at the counter made me fill like I was on her way while she was cleaning counters and ignoring that I was waiting to order Poor service skills

It good presencia but I whene to get I A normal fondo and they did't have it and that the fondo look bád and web where got a sothi and they did have a trol and they saide no all the time so do't go traer it bad
