Subway has always been my favorite place to eat out. But, not this subway. The people are very rude. They make me wait when it's ordered online and don't follow the instructions written on the app when I place the order.Also, I came to this store and showed them that I have coupon to get a foot long. I asked them if they accept the coupon and they said yes. So I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches as I had a buy one get one free footlong coupon. When the time came for payment, they said the couple doesn't work and it applies to only one footlong. I had to pay full price. I explained that you first said that coupon works and now you are saying it doesn't work even if the coupon hasn't expired. I used the same coupon at other store the next day and it worked. I hate this store because they are rude to me every time.

Worst service ever. How can an American company hire someone that only speaks Spanish. After many failed attempts to order to include pointing I walked out.
I did a mobile order that told me food should be done by 12:15. Cool. Got there almost right at 12:15 and my food was not ready. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes because the old lady behind the counter didn't even look at me, putting me past my allowed lunch break time and had to leave as soon as they handed me the sandwiches. Then when I got back to my office, I find out that they made the sandwiches completely backwards. Wrong meat, wrong veggies. Then refused to pick up the phone for 30 continuous minutes when I tried to call them and find some solution to the problem. Wasted my time. Wasted my lunch. Wasted my money.
Old Mexican granny is very rude. She don't answer and make my food dirty. And when we asked him to clean up, he suddenly cursed him in Spanish. she’s name Maria
Go elsewhere. LOTS of issues at this store. 1) the dining area is filthy. Dirty tables, dirty floors. Food particles and drink stains on tables and floors. Paper on floor. 2) one of the front doors is locked. No sign directing people to other door. Frustrated customers tried to access thus door several times while I say eating. I pointed them to the other door. 3) drink machine with no ice (none). Coke products are all flat. 4) women's restroom is not working. Miffed a lady customer. 5) tried emailing the Mgr at email on receipt but received a non-deliverable email message. 6) staff ignores you until you get their attention. Borderlines on being rude. 7) had to remind staff to put bacon on my club sandwich.
Bad service!! The older lady Maria had a really bad attitude. She made me wait for a while when there was no customer in front ordering so I asked her nicely if I can order she yelled and told me to wait and rolled her eyes. I just left and she was yelling at me not to come back.
