I would like to thank Ryleigh for the amazing sandwich tonight! I went in to buy a sandwich but there was a mishap with the drawer. She tried to figure it out and even gave the Manager a call but no response. So she actually paid for my sandwich with her own money(I’m going to come up and pay her back). But I just wanted to point out she’s a keeper. I’ve been in the restaurant business for years now and what she did truly was awesome. Great to know we have people like that out here.

I’ve walked into this subway two weeks in a row. One last week on January 16th at 8:30, and today. When I walked in on the 16th, there was a girl working by herself who was stumbling and very drunken-like. I’m not sure why, but she couldn’t speak to me clearly. I wouldn’t recommend coming in if she’s working. Today, the service was great, no drunk workers, and polite and great service.
Really nice staff. They make conversation with you and it's a nice place. Workers genuinely seem nice and not just because they have to be. Refreshing.
I’m actually sitting here right now, and I wanted to leave a review specifically for excellent service. I work in restaurants so I do have a little experience so somethings stood out to me. The women who made and took my order were alright, not exceptional but also not bad. Once I sat down I overheard them chatting with guests and being generally very competent. I’ve been sitting here dying because of my cramps and the woman working atm asked me if everything Was good and I mentioned that I had really bad cramps etc, and she offered to grab me some Tylenol. I’m so thankful dude I’m ligit dying, and the other woman I asked early told me they didn’t have any I could use so I’m extra grateful. I got the #17, garlic roast beef and it’s excellent as well, I made a few changes and they were great with communication to make sure everything was good.
I placed a mobile order. The store states they cannot find it in their system. We have confirmed it is the correct store. We have called the manager. They are refusing to make my sandwhiches despite that I have the receipt showing I have paid. It has been taken out of my bank account. I have now been here 30 minutes without resolve. They won't refund my money and they won't give me the sandwhiches I paid for. I have my 5 year old child with me while we wait for the district manager to call back. I am appalled. It is clear that I have already paid.
Out order was so skimpy. 10 bucks for a wrap and they forgot the lettuce and cheese.
A couple days ago I took my kid out to eat and we decided to go to subway. Walked in and was very busy, some teenager was running the entire rush by himself. Finally got to us and I commented about him being alone. He told me he wasn’t alone and that his coworker was in the back and that she was heavily intoxicated. Saw the kid again today and was reminded of this. He was nice and the food was good but sucks that he has to deal with that.
