Did an online order and they were so skimpy with the ingredients. The sandwich was so dry. I don't expect this from subway but this location was not it. Stingy
Ordered online. Had to wait 20 minutes for the ready time. Showed up at the ready time and they made me wait an additional 15 minutes for them to start my sandwich. If I wanted to walk in an order it I would’ve done that. They had me wait at the store even tho it’s take out. Not a good experience. If you’re busy and are relying on them to have it ready on the the ready time I wouldn’t come to this subway.
20 minute wait before we finally gave up as we watched the employee struggle with the same 2 sandwiches. Monkeys playing with a football get more accomplished in that amount of time.
I paid extra for 2x meat and didn't get it, they also forgot the cheese. Not a sandwich I enjoyed. The food matched the service.
Placed an online order (in-store pickup) directly from the website. Stopped by about 15 minutes later (thinking it would be done) and they hadn't even started it yet. Had to wait another 15 minutes after one of the employees claimed he still needed to get the bacon ready. This was on a Saturday afternoon when there was literally only one other customer in the store. I felt that the employees were just messing around today. Not sure if I'll be back.

In store is good because you’re watching them make your sandwich but I ordered online for the 1st time and the ingredients were wrong. I had to add them myself at home
