Workers like Damian can give a company a bad reputation he has terrible customer service skills definitely needs to be retrained
Sorry this the one the guy is name is Damien is mad all time I went to buy not ask for free the answer back argument is come to work not to be a friend , this franchise is all about costumer service , bad bad costumer service this the reason is always empty compared to the other business and area
Waited in drive thru for about 15 minutes no answer or anything and it was around 6pm when their drive thru closes at 10pm , if they’re not gonna use their drive thru they should put cones ? Horrible services and they were staffed they looked at me at the window and didn’t even try to attend me.
If the guy that was making my sandwich hadn't wiped his nose on his arm while making my sandwich, I probably would have given it a little bit more, but not that much. ****UPDATE **** Just left 6:15p 2/1/24. The entire staff is very professional and has a great rotation system
Ordered online 15 minutes before arriving to store and when I got there food was still not done and waited for an additional 15 min. Just to come home and find out that they made my sandwich wrong. I would have gotten my food faster and right if I would have ordered at the store!!
