Subway

The service received was poor, the lady that served us , didn’t understand English fluently and messed our order up, she served us cold plant patties, which I am very annoyed about, as she literally toasted it for 20secs, she also ripped us off and didn’t provide our drink and cookie, she also wasn’t changing her gloves nor using different knifes for the vegetarian option from the meat, as we were running late for our train we couldn’t stand and debate with someone who wasn’t able to communicate properly, very disappointed as we cannot eat our foot long subs on the train back home after along day. Vegetarian options: They don’t change gloves, or use a separate knife to cut from the meat options

It's was sooo good

Ridiculous meal with overpriced. I came in and asked about the £3.49 meal deal you put outside but I ended with half bread , one cookie and 1 cup of drink costing £7.79. Daylight robbery . Never again

I hardly ever use subway and when i went there ,staff couldn't be bothered to offer any guidance on variety of sauces neither of deal meals that were there.Poor customer service with the young shop assistant yawning at my face.I have also been misinformed on the ingredients that were to be paid extra.Poor hygiene while preparing the food as well.Definitrly not coming back there!
