Subway

Ordered on UberEats. One sandwich came missing cheese and cucumber which would be fine but they put the sauce for the side on the sandwich. Second sandwich came with no sauce, no cucumber but inexplicably had red onion and pickles that were not ordered. Neither sandwich was toasted or even cut in half. The first sandwich I can excuse but they would have had to go out of their way to mess up the second with 2 veggies that were no where on my order. For how expensive it is to order with up charges on almost everything you’d hope they wouldn’t give you a veg you didn’t order because you don’t like it. Very bizarre.

Fraser is amazing!! He is very lovely and friendly , made sure i got what i wanted on my sub!

Staff were not getting on bit of a atmosphere

There is a girl named payal she served Me like she don't actually want to work here. And when I requested for all salad, she said it is not possible to put all salad, and when im about to pay, I gave her a coupon, she said she don't know how to add coupon to the till and looking at me, and she has irritated expression on her face the whole time. she didn't try to take help from someone in her staff. And she has zero, literally zero customer service skills, she is behaving the same with everyone after me. She needs more training.

The worst place ever , unqualified service , they don’t know bout them own promotion , nothing working as only Peps available then when I said I don’t want it as prefer tango they refuse refund of the top of it women messed up my sandwich , she simply was never correct train how to do the good way .

Absolutely shocking. Nothing left on the menu by mid-day, staff kept speaking to each other over the food as they prepared it and when we finally attempted to eat the food, which wasn't cheap for the rubbish provided; it was some of the worst standard sandwiches, baguettes, fast food we've ever ordered, anywhere. Not edible. Terrible standards. Terrible food compared to what Subway used to provide its customers. Avoid.

Food is so deliciously tasty. The staff are so nice and helpful.
