Subway

They didn’t have the 3 foot pretzel I keep seeing on tv. Bathrooms closed 45 mins before they close. Said they already cleaned them. No one at counter for a while. Before and after I ordered. They seem to really wanna get outta here. Me too! First & last visit.

They wouldn't honor the TV ad which said that Subway had a BOGO offer.

EDIT: I have been back a couple times recently (2023) and they have improved with the new staff. They are much more friendly and do a way better job, taking it from a 1 star rating to a 3 :) Old review from 2018: I love Subway so this is really sad. This place has sucked everytime ive been. Bad service, rude employees, they wouldnt take our Subway coupon, and this time they put the smallest amount of toppings ive ever seen on our footlong subs. FOUR olive slices being the biggest issue. The other toppings i wanted were a bit bigger pieces so (being the type of non confrontational person i am) having less wasnt as big a deal to me, athough i found it very odd. So anwyay, i asked for more olives and she added two slices. TWO! I asked again "Uhm could i get more?" she turns to her co-worker (or manager im not sure) looking a bit panicked, and they mumble to each other a moment and the co-worker says "She already did, we're not supposed to give more than that." Im sorry, WHAT??? Since fricken WHEN is that a thing??? Every subway i have ever gone to has given way more than 6 pieces of olive like what in the world??? They did not give any explanation. In conclusion, im willing to drive to the Subway in Walmart on North Point Blvd instead when i want a good sandwhich and good service.

Good service. Not a long wait. And pretty quick in and out service. Good food for good prices!

El peor Subway al que e ido las 2 mujeres que atienden lo hacen como si no les pagaran de mala manera y se burlaban de como hablábamos el ingles....

People hear charge you for items already on the menu like it is extra! If this company can’t honor their menu’s why go here! Hire some competent people subway!

Female workers have nasty attitudes don't want to honor coupons they overcharge customers they jealous of women costumer's the female manager employee was jealous of my blonde hair because I was young& petite she's fat old & a boxed dye blonde I called her a fat B% in the restaurant walked out after the nasty treatment I receive e& they don't give customers enough meat or cheese they cheap even with the Vegatables they count them to avoid give us anything extra they price are high I believe they steal the costumers money racism against us black costumer's they dropped a cookie on the floor tried to sell it to black costumer's I told her excuse me we ain't buying that she threw it in the trash after we saw what she did Won't be back!!! ;(
