One of the Best subway places in town. Kota is always very friendly, kind and professional. So are the rest of the staff. You actually want to go there again and again. In spite of the fact, some of the OG subs and sauce have been taken out by the Brand management (Not the Duluth, MN management/owner) Especially the seafood sub and the creamy siracha sauce Thank you for your continued Awesome customer service!

Went in today around 1:20pm today and the woman who helped me was soooo sweet. I think her name was Laura. Anyway she was awesome :) I just got wheat 12 inch turkey but she and the lady working with her were great.

The last two times I've ordered online they neglected to add the bags of chips to my order. The first time I was refunded the money, the second time I was not. And the tuna sandwich I ordered hardly had any tuna on it. Not very good. I deleted my online account with them. They won't be getting my business anymore.

So gross, got something utterly disgusting and not even what I asked for.

Pretty expensive for just an average sub... Parking: Parking lot was designed off and inconvenient in my opinion.

For the second time in a row, the food coming out was disguisting. Sandwich has 0 customizations to the sandwich I ordered. Not even the ones I paid extra for such as bacon, fresh mozxarella, and avacado.
