I placed my order online in the morning yesterday. But when I went to the place to pick them up, I was told my order was cancelled. I insisted that I did not cancel my order. After a minute, the store admitted that they cancelled my order because they did not like the coupon I used. At that time, I was late on my schedule. I don't mind they reject my order online if they don't like the coupon. However, I don't think it is acceptable practice to cancel customers' order after they are placed. The owner clearly place profit ahead of customers.
DO NOT GO HERE-Horrible service. I was ignored multiple times when asking questions about the food. i was over charged and they would not even try to fix the price, besides the usual “serving size of cheese based off the mood their in that day.” its for surely only in business because it shares the same building as the liquor store.
They will not honor subway coupons. Haven’t had any issue at any other subway. Maybe this location should put up a sign indicating they do not accept subway coupons to inform would be customers
