Called the store after I packed mobile order and I one bothers to answer the phone. When I got my food I was missing ingredients. The owner of this store needs to be aware that these employees are costing him/her a lot of money by not simply doing their jobs. What if I wanted to place an order and they don’t bother to answer the phone?! Not good. Do better subway employees. Pay attention to ingredients listed on customers orders as well.
Used the app to place my order and went in and waited for the sandwiches to be made. Felt like it took less time, and I was able to use a discount code to save even more. Be sure to download the app and start saving.

Wife order a roast beef sub, got very sick from the meat. Subway has covered their meat section, where you can't see what they are pulling out for your bread any longer. Very sad to hide their choice of meat What are they hiding?? Mozzarella cheese has changed. Only thing in place is fresh Mozzarella cheese in place of Shredded Mozzarella. It was very nasty.
That Weston dude can make a sandwich. I would have taken a photo, but I attacked that sammich like hyena on a zebra. Get the pizza sub.
I usually order for me and my husband through the app when I visit this Subway location. More often than not, they mess up my order by putting it on the wrong bread. This last time, not only did they put the order on the wrong bread, but they didn't put any meat on the remake and had to make me a 3rd sandwich. I was offered a refund for all of the mess ups, but I refused it. I just wanted what I ordered. Hubs loved the veggie sandwich btw. With their screw ups and great customer service combined with the BOGO deal, we usually get 3-4 sandwiches for the price of one. How can I not give them 5 stars? I love it here!
Placed a mobile order around 6:30. Picked up my order and brought it home. Both my sandwiches were incorrect. Not just a couple missing ingredients, but they had ranch and honey mustard mixed together. One sandwich was supposed to be a buffalo ranch sandwich and it had pickles and honey mustard. I called the store several times, but none of 3 employees working tonight wanted to pick up the phone I guess. I drove back and the lady working gives me attitude for asking her to remake my order. Subway corporate, please make your rounds over here. This franchise needs some attention. These employees some training on making sandwiches and providing customer service.
