Subway

No cookies at 1pm, 3pm or 8pm since November 13, 2023. I've come every day but same response. No cookies today! Only oatmeal raisin! How? Very trashy and disgusting.

Horrible Customer Service I asked for things to be placed on my sandwich a certain way and the laid lady told me it's all the same thing. Which is not the point. The point is I'm a paying customer asking for something to be done a certain way. Instead I have to get attitude.

Extremely limited ingredients available, bread was stale, and almost $20 for a footlong. Yikes!

I ordered my food two hours early for them to cancel my order 10min before it was suppose to be ready... then i call the store 20 times and no 1 answers worst subway experience ever!

No mobile orders accepted here. The app won’t tell you that though. It will take your money and pretend that you’ve got your food waiting for you.

Super bad service, I asked for a subway a little before arriving at the airport so as not to wait in line, when I arrived I still saw that they were preparing it, so I waited a little, when I went to claim it, I showed him my cell phone so he could see the number of order, and he handed it to me and saw the phone and made a NO sign. She didn't tell me why my sandwich wasn't there, so I talked to another girl and she said that the order had been canceled that I should order another one, but she also told me a little rudely and left, so I was left without my sandwich and I'm waiting for the money to be returned to my card.
