Ordered 4 subs for my shop 2/4 were wrong and the other 2 were cold
The bread was hard.....not fresh. Veggies not fresh.
A lady helped me and we had a lovely conversation while She built our subs she was real nice. She built 4 foot longs alone she was fast.She is a great people person.And our subs were awesome. Thank you
Don't car for there food much.
A terrible white male on December 6 at 7:30pm give me terrible service here.. seemed racist and had a problem telling me how much would my sandwich be..

I walked in with two people already waiting in line. This woman who already had the worst attitude and unprofessional attire started taking the guys order in front of me but said I would have to wait 30 minutes because word for word “she has a big catering order that takes priority over customers who walk in because it came in before you did and it has to be done before you” so instead of making my one sandwich like she chose to do for the man in front of me she decided making 30 sandwiches for someone who isn’t even there yet first. Also there were two people working the lane and none of them could make one sandwich? I only have a 30 min lunch meaning I wouldn’t get to order until have to be back to work? Seems outrageous to me that they would take online orders as main priority compared to the people who physically drove there and are waiting in the store. I would give 0 starts if it were an option.
Bought a sandwich combo online for a friend and was an issue with quality and service. Talked to store manager Lelanni and she was very kind and told my friend to come back and she will make it right. Thank you for taking care of my friend.
