Worst Subway I've ever had the despair of ordering something! I placed an order through Uber eats, they accepted my order, never prepared it and simply closed the store after making me wait 40 minutes for my order! Worst service possible!
I ate a meatball sub. Within 30 minutes after I ate it . I had chills and felt dizzy . My wife took me to urgent care . It was food poising. Will be giving emergency room visit to my attorney. Will post results. Very poor customer service. I own a business. They are terrible. I'm surprised health inspection has not closed them !
Wow! Subway closes at 9 but young lady at the cash register told us she was closed at 825! When we asked her what time Subway closes, she said 9 but she 'always closes early because she has school'. Wow! Whoever owns the Subways in Deerfield Beach (the first one we stopped at stopped serving at 8), you may want to check on your employees..
I write this for two days of lousy service 1 day, they said they closed at 9, we arrived at 8:30 and they did not dispatch my order without any reason, second day and a very serious offense, misleading advertising!!! You get advertising at your house for three sandwiches for 17.99 of different meats, when I get to redeem my supposed discount they only serve you a meatball sandwich and in addition to this the terrible service offered by a man with the face of wanting to kick us out, terrible !!! We will never return, be serious with your false advertising.
I went to store & both employees wudn't accept the standard common coupon of a ft long for 5.99. She said her machine wudnt accept it. No explanation & no comment when I said a diff subway just accepted coup last week. The girl that prepared our sub was very unfriendly. They were also out of 9grain bread. They also didn't cut the sub in half all the way - I had to go back. I mentioned all of this to 2 different depts at subway corporate office & also asked for a call back, but noone at corporate off contacted me back.
