Subway

The lady’s that work in the subway area suck! And are very rude. Would fire all of them and start over!

I came in on a Sunday evening and order a garlic herb sub sandwich. I was the only customer placing an order. When it came time to put veggies on the guy said we are out of everything. I asked if he could cut some tamatis and he said he couldn't do to it has to be counted and did not want to add to more dishes. He also complained and said my manager did not do prep and left me all of the dishes. I tried to ask him again and insisted I would wait. Then he again said he couldn't do it. I worked at a subway and when we were out of something we ensured to to refill it even it it took extra time. When it canme time for me to be rang up he charged me a full meal with chips and drink and I only ordered a sandwich. When I tried to get some of my money back he said he couldn't do it. If I order a sandwich on the menu and only get half of what it says to put on it then shouldn't it be discounted at leas?. Doese anyone go the extra mile anymore? It's a sandwich.

3rd time I have come by around noon and they don't have the ingredients to make subs here... and there is only one guy serving people.

One of the worst. Tried their NEW sub. The veggies are old. Spinach was yellowish, cucumbers were dry, tomatoes looked ugly, meats didn't look fresh, no onion, no herbs & cheese bread. I was in many Subway restaurants across the country. Why do practically all the employees look scruffy? I skipped some places because of the look of the employees. What's wrong with the management?

No soup kind of a bummer on a cold night/day.

I had a footlong sub at this location on sep22,2022 at 8 pm Worse experience ever Sub maker didn’t ask me if i want to get it toasted No subway safety policy was in practice Sub-maker Touched screen in between the sub making without removing gloves Didn’t follow instructions and instead told me thats how its done I asked for more onions and was denied And very rude behaviour Totally Wasted my money

I was there back in early November veggies were fresh and looked perfect the employee name was Allston very neat with good customer service skills patient I give the restaurant and Allston a 5⭐
