Severe food poisoning

I ordered ahead using the app and included "special instructions" in the app as well. The manager arrived with my meal, but I realized he didn't read the instructions mentioned so I went inside to take care of it. Normally, I would have picked up myself, but we had our dog in the car and I didn't want to leave my family member and dog unattended. I should have checked my order right away. Not a huge deal at all. Otherwise the food was great abd ready on time! Parking: There is one designated parking spot with a sign for pick-up.
