Whenever we order the guy who is making orders is so rude not listening to us how we want order not ready to listen
Been fine the last two times but male employee had a attitude when I came in to make a few sandwhiches. Guy came off snappy with every little thing, even getting mad at the oven for beeping. I asked if they could make me a pretzel, just straight up snapped saying they don’t have any. I said it’s cool and I had another sandwhich I forgot to order which was my bad - reading a text for coworkers orders. Dude lost it - straight up said “You can’t do that bro!”. I apologized for my mistake but dude took it as the biggest offense. The nice female coworker that’s been there allot recently came out and apologized for him. Dude then proceeded to say something in a different language with the same attitude -which is fine but I’m just assuming he’s saying some things about me for the mistake. I brush it off as it’s my fault too. Dude kept pushing it. Started off at the start with “this is so unprofessional” and with every request it was nothing but attitude and slow. Had it with him and just told him to put it at the register as is. Again, the female employee was extremely courteous, polite, and continued to apologize. The only reason I’m giving two stars at all. And from reading seems like allot of people having problems with the dude. Will not be coming back. Guy needs to figure it out.
Male employee was rude, didn’t make the sandwhich right. Ordered through the app. Didn’t provide he sauce. Overall will never come to this subway again
Great Customer Service. Parking: Plenty of parking available. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seats to sit for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for wheelchairs to dine in and out.
