I go to Subways a lot, but this subway was not a good experience, the Hispanic man that served me had a horrible attitude, it was like he hated his job. He was rude and very unprofessional to his customers. Even the people behind me were making comments. If I didn't have my kids I would said something to him. But I will never step foot in that subway again...
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant in June. I have not gone back since. I guess I suffered at the hands of the same guy that others have mentioned. He had a really really terrible attitude. Why does he even choose to work in the hospitality industry with that attitude? The owner/operator is equally disappointing — I filled out a complaint online (especially because I paid for a sandwich I did not have). My complaint was forwarded to him by Subway. This owner did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge my complaint. It is now 4 weeks later. Unprofessional does not even come close to describing this behavior. I repeat — the behavior of the guy who dealt with me, and consequently the store owner — has convinced me that the rot probably started from the top. Simply unbelievable.
One of the Worst Subway Awards!! Other People had already written about a Rude Male Employee. This is MY PERSONAL THINKING that he is not for Customer Service. This is a Reason he got the Worst Rating from Several Customers. It means AT LEAST MORE THAN TEN TO TWENTY TIMES OF CUSTOMERS have NEGATIVE RATING to him. I like the Subway very much, however... In my case, I prefer to visit a Shopping Complex Just located at Corner of Walker Street and Ball Road next to DQ & Subway. It tastes Very Good. Anyway, Employees are Good Attitude & Manner. It is a Big Difference for this Rude Attitude Guy.
It is Subway so food is much the same. Staff were friendly and efficient.
