This review is more about the lack of online ordering and paying via the Subway app for this location. I work across the street and only get a half hour for lunch, therefore pre-ordering food is kind of necessary. I have tried to order, pay via the app, but have yet to successfully place an order. If payment types are not supported, why not allow online ordering and the option to pay when you pickup?
Had to cancel order in the middle of preparation because of poor employee hygiene practices. She was touching ingredients and stopping to touch cashier register among other surfaces. Poor training and management.
