I visited this location on February 11, 2024 and the cashier (Hispanic male) working there snuck a 20% tip onto my charges. Didn’t realize it until I saw the receipt later when my bank balance was a little off on my bank app. Emailed subway, and they lied about issuing me a refund. The employee Lorna Griefnow is the person who claimed to issue me a refund via email. My bank told me that in this specific scenario, a dispute would be ruled in subways favor. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION AND ALL OTHERS. This tip entitlement is out of control. Check your receipts well before you leave the restaurant. Theft is evolving unfortunately and corporate backs it too.

Still getting food poisoning from here. Staff still under trained. Staff now give attitude when you ask for something they clearly don't know how to make. It's not my fault you didn't get property training on how to do your job.
On the way to Coronado beach, we picked this Subway for lunch. I and my wife ordered two sandwiches and water. When the sandwiches came out of the oven, they left them on the prep table for a few minutes until they were cold. Unfortunately, they did not give us any water as they did not have any water cups left. We asked if we could have the two of over five hundred soda cups she had in front of her and we were denied. I'll never go back there anymore.
