Employees at this location do not know how to accept orders from the mobile app.
Every time I have ordered online from this location, they never have the food ready by the time the app/email says it would be. They seriously need to work on their speed and prioritize online orders FIRST!
My review is for Quinn, someone who turned a really bad experience at a different location into a very pleasant one in the end. Thank you to him for being understanding, kind, and honest. I appreciate you for taking time to listen!

We ordered a few footlong subs. I ordered the Footlong #1 Philly, and WoW..!!! I might as well ordered a Veggie Sub.!! I know this is Not Arby’s, but Where's the Meat..!?!?!? smh..!!
Not clean not clean not clean. I had a bad experience more than one time and each time it getting worse. The staff are the worst staff can work in a restaurant. Bad attitude throwing the food in the sandwich with disgusting way. One of the stuff was sneezing on the food and she was wondering why I’m upset. I don’t know where’s the owner from that. Will calm that to the health department.
