Do NOT go here. They say they are not franchise. So, they charge $3 more per sandwich, don't accept coupons, and don't do "combos". 1 foot long BMT sub with chips and a drink is $15. Rip off. And they pretend to not understand what you are saying. Never go here unless you like wasting money!!!
It's not often one feels compelled to leave a review for a chain restaurant, but I couldn't leave this parking lot before giving a review - the gentleman who greeted and started my order at 7:10pm on Sunday 7/23/23 (I didn't catch his name, unfortunately) was the sweetest, most patient person and you can tell he truly cares about the quality of the food served and customer service. He put a smile on my face during what would usually be the most mundane part of a day. He deserves a raise!
They charged me $8 for just a sandwich. Prices are higher I only came because the one down the street was closed by my house . They didn’t honor my coupon either …I had to get chips from the dollar tree to make a meal . I only pay $5 at the other subway . Must just want money won’t be returning . The lady was nice but that doesn’t compensate for the high price for a little sandwich …
If i could give this location 0 stars i literally would. Their prices higher than other subways in the same area??? The customer service was horrible. Lesson learned…never coming here again
They don't participate in coupon or specials.
Don't buy the chopped salad it is $1 to $1.50 higher than the rest of Metro ATL. You can get a better quality salad from Zaxbys for the same exact price! $8.02. Cashier was very condescending when I asked how she was charging me.
