El peor subway que me he comido, el pollo crudo, no se ve nada de lo q le quieres poner al sándwich, pedí un wrap y me lo pusieron todo frío el muchacho dormidísimo y la Sra q cobra con cara de molesta siempre

I do not suggest ordering off the app, it took the doordash driver almost an hour to deliver a sandwich to my apartment which isn't really that far from the location and the manager is super rude when i asked for a refund. I don't blame subway just doordash. Also, put less mayo on your sandwiches.

Went to the Subway on University and as we walked in the girl said she wouldn't take our order because she was too busy. Drove over to this one on Harvey and the man who greeted us couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming. Got our usual order and it was fresh and delicious. This will be our go-to when wanting a Subway sandwich...Thanks

I am writing this review to reach the lady who took my order at the Harvey location. I’ve worked in food service, and understand that it’s nice to have slow days. However, it’s customer service and that’s that. A friend and I were the only ones that walked into the store and we waited for about 10 minutes till she acknowledged us, and from there she was just passive. After putting my sandwich in the toaster, I noticed the state of all the veggies (all freezer burnt) especially the jalapeños. They weren’t green and had an orange/brown look to them. Which I kindly asked if they had more to swap out with, resulting in an aggressive response saying, “she says these aren’t good enough for her”. Which she’s not wrong, but the thing is it wouldn’t have been just me. After this, I was honestly kind of fed up and walked out because I didn’t appreciate the snarky comments she had to say. Funny enough, sales are so important that she chased us out the door to receive our payment for our toasted bread :/

Cindy at night was incredibly rude my boyfriend & I. We did have a large order unfortunately but we have never had someone react rudely to us, whenever I placed my order I will say it was my fault for not clarifying I had more to order, but she rang us up before I could add to it and I tried to ask nicely if I could order a foot long pretzel and she looked up at me and goes seriously you wait until after I take my gloves off to add more stuff? I felt so embarrassed and taken aback. I definitely will not return here again. Worst $17 dollars ever spent.

Wish I could give zero stars employee who worked tonight does not care about customer service!

They will never get another dime from me

One employee working during lunch made things go slower than necessary. Friendly guy working but there could have been additional help to move things along quicker
