Got there 30 minutes before close and the dude working makes every excuse in the book not to make my sub so he can close 30 minutes earlier than he is supposed to. Terrible experience
I ordered food on the app and it told me it was ready. I went to pick it up and the location was closed. I called several locations, but an automated message told me the staff were resting and counting sheep. I put in a complaint online with no resolution so I had to file a fraudulent complaint with my bank.

First time visit at this location thinking newer? Dirty dining, every table dirty except the one we cleaned for ourselves, ants all over the windows and wall. Men’s restroom was intolerable. Decided to take our food out. Worst tuna ever! Feel bad for the woman working as it looked like she was working alone.
Why do they only let 1 person work here at lunchtime

Awful ! Years ago I loved subway sandwiches. The more time that went by, the worse it got and I quit going. Over the last year subway has been running commercials on tv with celebrities talking about the really new fresh sandwiches. Today I stopped at a subway (18419 US Hey 19 N in Clearwater Fl ) hoping their advertised “freshness” was a real thing ! It’s not ! The guy who waited on me couldn’t have cared less ! The meat was slimy and the condiment section was unsightly and unsanitary with rusty lettuce, rusty onions , dirty tin containers and tins piled on tins. It was disgusting . I paid for the Sandwich (a whopping $6.41) and threw it in the trash. Subway should really be ashamed of themselves. I’ll never go in a Subway again !
The completely miserable older lady is still there and just as grumpy as ever, as of today. When I walked in there was only one person in front of me and she gave me the stink eye for just walking in. To top it off after she made his sandwich she said nothing to me but went to lock the side entrance because the wind kept opening it (not sure about that but I'm sure the fire Marshall would have an issue with only one unlocked door for patrons) Anyway, on her way back by me she grumbled something along the lines of she had 3 sandwiches to make. So she started making those without looking up, apologizing, explaining they were online orders or anything.... needless to say I left as I was afraid whatever she has that is causing her to be so miserable maybe contagious or something. It is a shame that the owner of this location must not care about being profitable as this lady has worked there for a while now and she has been just as hostile based on others reviews and my own personal experiences.
