The overnight guy idk his name but he has a car with a big emoji on the door. He was really rude, making us wait for another online order he got after we came in before helping us. The meatballs were over 12 hours old and he didn't care at all. It was about 4am and they went out at 1pm the day before.
Bald night time employee annoyed at customers disrupting his night. I walked in and he threw his phone upset like he was not happy to do his job. He probably doesn't get paid enough to say welcome or attempt to have any customer service. This world is upside down. People want money and raises but they dont care about a ion well done.
Ordered on line, came up for 2:30 pm pick jup When I ordered I specified 6 pm. For dinner walked in 5:55, no customers in store, and no one behind counter. Tech, came out from back , and I held out my hand, and he said what do you want, I said pick up, he said we don't have any for you, doyou have a name, i said Ron, he said nothing for you, I showed him the order on my phone, hesaud nothing here, I ask well then how do I get my money back, he said you can't, well what are we going to do then. Walked into back saying he was going to call his manager. I said to tell hos manager that I called at 2:30 because time was supposed to be 6pm. He came from back with the order request in his hand. He said go sit down and I will make this. Finished, I took bag out, said thank you. 2 things about this order 1. He lost the $5 tip I had in my hand. 2. Tossed the order in the trash can. ( See picture), who knows what he may have done to these sandwiches. 3 drove to chick filet and got dinner. I think he said his name is Ray.
