I came to order 4 foot long sandwiches and the girl was so upset claiming she was all by herself and there was too much work, saying over and over that she hated the job, with her mouth wide open blowing and spitting all over the sandwiches, when I tried to talk to her and asked her to put a face mask so she wouldn’t spit on the sandwiches she got mad and asked me to leave which it wasn’t necessary because I was not going to take those sandwiches full of spit
Placed an online order to buy my daughter's lunch, and rhe order got canceled, tried to call and see why and no one answered the phone I've called 8 times and the mail box is full...!!!!!!! This unacceptable..!!!!

I am really not sure who trains your employees, but NEVER in history has it been okay for an employee to climb halfway into someone’s car. I’m an Uber eats/doordash driver. I came in today to pick an order up. There was an issue with it so I cancelled it. Before I left, I got hit with a second order from this subway. Grabbed it, chatted with the employee briefly, said have a nice night and headed to my car. As I am about to drive away, that shame employee starts running out, so I put my passenger window down, thinking maybe I forgot something with this person‘s order… He literally comes up to my car, climbs halfway in, like his whole upper body is through my passenger window with zero warning, and starts grabbing at the order to check it, and when he is finished, he proceeds to tell me that he got “got” last week and needed to make sure I wasn’t stealing. First of all, if I was stealing, do you think I would have stopped to chitchat when I saw you running out? secondly, Who in their freaking mind thinks it’s OK to climb halfway into somebody’s car Even with warning! People are out of their minds these days!
I took my kids here tonight. They were looking forward to it all week. Gentleman behind the counter with a scraggly beard, serious attitude when I asked to The food product behind the stainless Steel Divider. Honestly, if I didn’t have my kids with you, I would’ve walked out of that place Never to return ever ever ever! The service was pathetically slow.
I went in to order a foot long with a coupon. When I was paying the guy said the credit card system was down and that my coupon wouldn't scan. He wanted me to pay cash , I refuse to pay cash for a system error. He was rude and wouldn't help me. I would never come back and don't recommend anyone....PLEASE DO BETTER!!!
