I order a steak and cheese sub WITH Extra meat and got literally NO meat on the sandwich. It was a condiment sandwich. I had to dig all the way to the bottom before I could see anything and it was very, very little meat.

every time I order here they take so long to get my order, or it straight up goes missing, or for some reason when I put in my address it automatically changes too the restaurants address itself. they're never open on time and close like hour early then they say. the manager is hell rude too when you talk to them saying things they obviously did wrong is not their problem and no refunds. DO NOT ORDER FROM CERMAK

They don't abide by they posted business hours. They open late and close earlier than they're supposed to

Went with my sister to go get subs not so long ago the lady that was doing our subs was being petty with her service my sis had asked for extra buffalo chicken and she only gave her 1 extra peace like wtf in the picture looked like she didn't give her anything more lettuce then anything she had also asked for extra onion she didn't even give her the portion that corespons according to the sub witch for my sub she gave me more lettuces then anything if I wanted a salad I would have asked for one and she only gave me 4 pieces of onion ‍♀️ then she processed to put tomatoes on my sub witch I had asked for but the tomatoes had mold already growing on it she then proceeded to Throw away the tomatoes that where going bad in the container and was about to put the same tomatoes from that same container into my sub but I had told her to change the tomatoes as in the container she proceeded to say it's okay this side is clean ‍♀️excuse me what that's called cross contamination ma'am she had turned around to ask her Manger if that's what she had to do in there on language and Manager had said yes so she went to go get the new container of already !!precut tomatoes!! How had is it to fallow protocall that's how you know some of the workers do not have there SERVSAFE LICENSE and to make matters worse Chips are also expire this is unacceptable me and my sister ended up going somewhere else worst part is my sister is pregnant and they want to pull this kind of stuff and think it's okay to still be open never ever again coming here after we got founten drink witch was I'm guessing the only thing that should be clean check containers if you come here pl pl pl don't want anyone getting sick especially when pregnant

0 stars! I cannot believe how cheap and small my sub was. I got the steak and cheese and had no steak and very little cheese, supposed to have extra lettuce and could barely find it on my sub! It was toasted when I did not order toasted. so needless to say all my greens were wilted and my bread was hard. I even left a tip, very disappointed. Never again will I order from this location , also they were rude. please try to do better for your paying customers!!!

very bad service bad attitude cold broccoli soup not fresh they should saw that business I returned the broccoli soup and he did not give me my money back

The cashier Dhruvi was very kind and Patient while I was doing my order. I give her a 10 on customer service.

Don't day you open at 8 if you don't. I was responsible for getting lunch for my child's field trip group and ran to this location. Wasted my time because noone is tending the store and it is 8:15
