I ordered two veggie footlongs with no cheese. The food was good but only sprinkle of lettuce and spinach. I was still hungry after eating a footlong because I’m only ordering vegetables and expect them on it. Come on, I even took off the cheese; guess I’ll visit another chain or competitor next time. I real don’t understand why these fast food industry cutting back on cheap ingredients and making customers pay more for products. Your return customers will diminish. I guess it depends on the individual stores.
The best thing about this subway is of course bread quality that I haven’t had with any other location. Breads are fresh and so soft anytime we have
I got a regular turkey sandwich 6 inch with bacon. The employee there ended up charging me a turkey cali club which I did not get. I asked him about it and he said it’s the same price. It is not the same price because the turkey cali couch had bacon, avocado, and fresh mozzarella which I did not get so why did I get charged for it. Never go here unless you want to be charged for things you don’t even get on your sandwich.
A large family came and took a while ordering food. The employee seemed overwhelmed completing their orders. A second person came to help and the initial employee left. I’d been waiting for 15 minutes, you would think she’d apologize for the wait and offer to assist me. Then when the second person was done with their order, she went to the back to give the first person their tip and took a while. Then the first person came back out and placed fresh meat on the counter and returned to the back. I obviously wasn’t a priority and I was starving. I waited as long as I did because I’ve never had trouble with their service, but the whole situation was handled poorly. I was wholeheartedly disappointed and will not return. If I want subway I’ll drive to a different location.
