I order from this subway twice a week spending around a100.00 a week.i ordered my usual and this time the bread was burned. I ordered 3 footlongs thru Uber. I called too get some compensation and the lady was so non empathetic and with no resolution.I work hard for my money and WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME THERE SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.WHY SHOULD I SPEND MY MONEY AND YOU DO EVEN WANT TOO HEAR THE CONCERNS.TO THE HARD WORKERS FIND ANOTHER SUBWAY. THE SERVICE AND THE FOOD ARE AT THEIR LOWEST. AT THIS POINT I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THAT LOCATION
I went there this morning around 7am the cashier always on the phone he barely understand English and he always rude. I got a foot long chicken teriyaki it barely had any meat on there. I asked for shredded cheese he said it costed me extra i didn’t understand why was it extra if I’m buying a sandwich he told me while it’s easy I’m like i was i was just here last week and you didn’t charge me extra at all. I felt like he handle the situation all wrong and was dismissed i am not happy and i will not be returning to this location at all
Advertised to be 24hrs but it’s not open 24hrs. I’ve wasted my 30 minutes lunch break several time making blank trips to this establishment at 4am. While the staff sit on the other end of the glass and watch me knocked on the door.
