I THOUGHT STARTING A FEW MONTHS AGO THAT ALL FRANCHISE LOCATIONS WERE SUPPOSED TO ACCEPT ALL PROMOTIONS AND COUPONS...This location is known for not accepting any coupons or online promotions, so I was surprised when today (02-29-24) it was on the app that they were accepting the buy one/get one free promotion. I placed an order and when I got there to pick it up, I was told it was going to be cancelled since, in the employee's words, "The owner doesn't allow us to accept the buy one/get one free coupon". Luckily I placed the order just minutes before walking into the restaurant (since I never trust them to make my food without me there), since they NEVER pay attention to any special requests you have for your order (such as basic requests like "extra this" or "easy that"), but had I not immediately walked into the restaurant, when were they going to let me know the order was cancelled?! Luckily I didn't spend a large amount of time driving there to get food that was eventually cancelled anyway. Either way, I'll never spend another penny at this location ever again!

Bad vegetables due to refrigeration issues that are neglected . Employee that works nights refuses to rotate the bad frozen vegetables and smushed tomatoes. Bad Moist spinach from the container that is suppose to be dry fresh out the bag . Rude dirty manager refused to open a fresh bag of spinach . The only veggies I wanted was green peppers and Spinach and he was still being cheap . Asked for a toasted steak sandwich and received a cold steak sandwich. Very sloppy management and everything about this location is disgusting. They think it’s ok to sell trash since they are 24 hours . I was told if I don’t like it don’t buy . Anyone that walks in there will see the frosted vegetables as soon as you walk in . NEVER GO HERE

The lady was very ignorant and rude .the sandwiches were very poor quality and there was no restroom

Excellent and good food .

The manger over there named chethna was the worst worker and human being she does not know how to treat customers. She swore so much and had the worst attitude. I will soon get her reported and fired. Don’t ever go to this subway bunch of racism. She was super unprofessional. She swore over the phone too and at my child.

Love the customer service they were very nice

Love the sandwiches they come out very good i like the staff there very nice on sundays there a guy name aj who makes my sandwiches. And his customer service is very good always makes it the way I want it..
