Muito insatisfeita comprei um lanche e só veio a metade do lanche além de está totalmente frio

I’m sorry but you’re never gonna get the “five dollar footlongggg” jingle out of my head so this place is always going to seem so expensive, currently at least 3x that price. Regardless, the food is good and it’s the only place to get a meal that seems halfway healthy in this plaza

Good service

I just got a sub today usually subway my favorite place to eat but what bottled my mind was that I gave the guy a $20 bill mind you he was supposed to give me $2.69 back only gave me $2 back and put the change in the tip jar I was walking out, all because he seen I pulled out a stack of $100s, 10s and 5s like what if I was going to pay bills or my rent etc whoever is the manager at this place teach your employees not to steal money from customers. I was going to give a tip but clearly your employees see someone’s hard earned money and wanna steal change

I always have had positive times in this subway. I worked in Chelsea and would visit this subway off & on. Always gave me what I wanted. I did once see a sandwich maker use the same bread knife to cut my sandwich then go to use the same knife to cut open the bread for the customer behind me. The guy behind me saw it too and flipped out & demanding a new peice of bread with a clean knife, saying it as loud as possible so the whole restaurant can hear. We are all human, people make mistakes but this customer was a jerk. This store doesn't honor coupons FYI. Overall decent subway.

good sandwich, good sauce. Maintained well. Maybe a language barrier but yeah good stuff.
