Very poor customer service very unexpected picked up my online order from this store didn’t make my order right as forget to add main ingredient of my sandwich that wad veggie patty. I called the store and manager said come back and we will give you veggies patty on side i said what’s the point of ordering online when i have to come twice to your store because you guys can’t do your job right. He saying was do whatever you wanna do and hung up. I will share the picture of my order.
What sort of leadership is this? has just one employee that works nonstop during peak hours. All of the customer service, sandwich cooking, and online order ringing is done by one person, and there's no need to continue talking to the online order guy.
Anybody that needs to go to Subway please don’t go to the location on tapanga in Devonshire the girls there are very unfriendly nasty and are not friendly, so for better service make sure you go to the subway located on De Soto and Devonshire!

This is one of a couple locations I regularly go to and I can't say I have ever had a bad experience. On one hand it is fast food and typical Subway. However, what I like here is that the staff are all friendly that I have interacted with and the ingredients are kept fresh. The interior is clean, though a little smaller than some other locations. The only negative to me is outside their control, and that is the parking lot is fairly small and often full.
