One employee did phone order 20 min showing up and took 20 more min get ready employee inorgered me

Very convenient location, Excellent food, excellent customer service by Alicia, she went above and beyond AAA+++

I went there on October 28/29 of 2023 and the employee there was so stingy with the toppings. I had to tell her so many times to add more. Then she said to me that she has a “formula”. That formula included stinginess.

Nastiest subway I ever seen in United States the customer service is so poor the server don’t know how to treat with customer is so rude and abusive I don’t want to come here ever and recommending other plz don’t waste your time

Hair on my sandwich is disgusting.

The lady in this store gives less meat when ordering using a coupons. When I hand out the coupon upon paying she told me that I should’ve told her because she put more meat.

I prefer the metro
