I just by the subway for a little bite while on my road trip. I was greeted with warm welcome and a big smile the store was very clean and neatly kept. The food on the chill line look so freshly kept and clean the lady that serve me she was very polite, very friendly, her conversation was very smoothe (i believe she was the manager). My sandwich was rapped very neat and well put together and it was very tasty THIS WAS MY BEST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER. I will definitely visit back this subway.
Horrible customer service. Didn’t even get to the food. Don’t waste your time here.
I have to give this location 5 stars for the effort of the employee working today he was alone during a lunchish - dinner rush. Was it a long wait time yes, did people leave because of it? also yes. But that is ok he was friendly, attentive and did his best for the circumstances. I read these reviews and honestly I can sympathize with other customers but you can't blame the employees. You can only blame the owners if the owners don't care then neither will the employees. I've worked in customer service for 7 years and I feel like most people forget happy employees make happy customers. So if you're upset about the service and cleanliness blame the owners. This employee did his best! Could the owner have jumped in to help their team yes! But did they? Absolutely not! and it shows with all these negative reviews. Show passion for your business and compassion to your employees and maybe this location will become a favorite location here in Castle Rock. Do better.
12 bucks For a foot long sandwich.. No chips no drink... No way they are going to stay in business like that..
So apparently if they just decide to close early they can, everywhere online says 7:30, went in at 7:50, lights were off and staff was on there way out, I should then that online it says 8:30 and asked when I could call to speak to a manager, very rude women told me she was the manager and that she was leaving and I needed to get over it, I asked how I could contact the owner or corporate and she said that I couldn’t. Absolutely disgusting!!! If the owner reads this then you need to get better employees otherwise you are going to fail as a business
We walked in and were greeted by 2 rats climbing all over the Coke machine. We walked right back out.
signs and the time on maps said it closes at 8:30, however the young employee said it closed at 8pm.
Waste of money to say the least. Orders food way before closing time through and online order, went to go pick up and the store was closed before said closing time. The money was taken and I still did not receive my food!
Do not give a digital tip. The owner doesn't give any of the tips to the employees. Only give cash directly to the servers
