Subway

Service is everything and the two ladies (possibly native or Hispanic) at the counter were disrespectful and rude. I greeted them and smiled politely and was given an attitude. Please be more respectful to customers and those around you. Kindness goes a long way.

Made me the wrong sandwich. The guy was nice enough, though. The woman at the register was curt and rushed me out of there. The music was WAY too loud for atmosphere. It was set on "kegger party". I won't be back.

Every time I walk into that store I'm treated badly and the service is just the worst the Mexican lady is rude and and professional I'd rather drive across town to the other subway if I were you. She treat the employees bad rude and mean manager it bad with customers the Mexican girl

This store trains all the new employees for all the subways in Carson. This means you will always have a mess and someone that has no clue what they are doing. I’ve been in Carson two years and you will never see the same person twice other than the manager! Maybe pay more and people will stick around!

There was a new guy. Very hard to communicate with. Still made my sandwich wrong.

Food is getting pricey and portions seem to be getting smaller!!

This subway is the worst. There is a older lady that works here that is the worst. I have had the health department here for many observations, like preparing food after cleaning the bathroom without washing hands, just the use of hands sanitizer... the manager thinks the customer is in the wrong when you change your mind about what veggies to be put on before they put them on, impatience... these at just a few instances over the years of coming to this one. Haven't been back in over 6 months, coperate doesn't care. My business is up on Topsy, go there, eat better service.

We stopped to get subs at the carson city subway on our way home. We didn't have the toasted or heated . We got home and opened our subs. I thank the sub buns were old. They were hard and crunchy. I wanted extra marinara on my chicken and they wanted to change me for a meatball sub. This subway is terrible and I wouldn't stop here for a sub, I know I never will again.
