If I could give less than one star, I would. We ordered a footlog roast beef with extra beef and mayonnaise. Got a 6" with TWO slices of beef. Wouldn't refund the difference. Will be calling the manager AND corporate. This is the worst place in town. Will never order from there again.
awful experience today. only one employee during lunch hour. he was very slow and did not know english. had to explain my order to him multiple times. could not understand him when he tried to ask what i wanted on my order. only went because i had gift cards to use. the employee, male, Indian looking, needs training and English. said “no balance” for the first card i handed him. fair enough. it was sitting in my wallet for over a year. then i tried to use the other one i just got brand new that i know has a balance on it and he just kept saying “no” and shaking his finger. tried to explain that it’s new etc. makes me wonder if the other card had balance on it too. oh well. he obviously just had no clue and needs training. management shouldn’t be leaving a single incompetent employee alone. bathrooms were out of service as well. bad all around. subway corp should disown this location
Sandwich was not even close to the picture, where was the turkey?

Gave me the wrong order, when I went back to return it. They argued with me saying it was my fault. Horrible service.
Don't know how to make a sandwich or listen to what the customer is saying to them! Also very rude!
