Subway

Have gone a couple times and seem to always have the same problem , I order pick up and let them know as soon as I hit the line ( sandwiches are never on the rack ) so I have to wait for everyone to prep they’re sandwich before I get my pre ordered one and it’s always just sitting Behind them. Was told today to go to register just to let everyone still pay before me , even people who were behind me in the line so then what’s the point of pre ordering

They should give better training to the people they hire. Because the employees don't know what they're doing and it's about food! And it's not their fault That's the manager's fault because You can't leave people who are not trained correctly. 0☆ Please a little more respect for customers because we are paying.

Nobody picks up the phone

The lettuce was brown noting too bad but they give it to me anyways. The sandwich was still good but could of been better. some person was asking for the manager while I was eating for whatever reason. Good service I don’t know why that person was asking for the manager.

Haven’t been to this location since 2013, when it was much better service and cleaner. We walked in at 5:30pm on a Friday and the employees children were at work, which is understandable in some instances. All three employees were sitting at a table playing loud music on their phone, while eating. The tables were dirty, and overall filthy. We felt like we weren’t welcomed or we were nuisance to what they were doing. They looked at us walk in and stared at each other like, “whose going to handle this?” We stood in front to order for a minute before anyone got up. We were very kind, “thank you, appreciate you, etc” but never received any customer service back. This was the worst experience I’ve had at any eatery ever. I know these are franchised out but we didn’t feel welcome and won’t return. We only came because of a coupon. The man who helped us was very rude. 1 star just because Subway has good subs.

This is the crappiest subway I’ve ever been to. When I got my sandwich there was literally only 3 pieces of meat on the sandwich. I wonder if they are being stingy on purpose. When I left I was still hungry. Not going back again to this subway.
