Subway

I'm not sure if subway is just going downhill or if it's just this location but I've ordered twice from here and everytime there is barely any meat and it's poorly slapped together.

Did an online order and got home with a Footlong #10 All-American Club, and Footlong #18 The Ultimate B.M.T. The all American had 3 slices of meat, and the other was the same. I called and the kid on the phone told me it was made correct. I order this alot for another location I was disappointed so I brought it back. I asked for a refund they the kid opens the sandwich sees that I didn't touch it and starts playing with the inside of the sandwich. Than offers it back to me I show him my receipt and told him you can see its not right and I'd like a refund. They said no, I'll never go here again.

First time. Last time. Poor service, poor food , and quality were just poor. The spinach was old, and tomatoes looked older. 1 spinach chicken wrap 2 prices - 7.49 or 11.49. No drink , no chips, no cookie,charged 10.49. Ya, it's not a spinach wrap because they didn't know what it was. 2nd sandwich 8.49 again no chips, no drink, no cookie. Look, elsewhere for quality food. I hate to say Publix would be cheaper. Total $20.21

I don’t know what happened in the last few months. We used to go all of the time and always saw our favorite employee Dale. Recently there has been new staff working when we go and honestly couldn’t care less about them. We got two subs and we mostly just got bread. I don’t know if there’s a new owner but if you can’t afford to put meat on your subs maybe you should sell this location to someone who can afford better employees and management.

The gentleman behind the counter provided horrible customer service. Seems like we were bothering him. Food was terrible. Wish I would have read the reviews before going in.

Me and my friend were LAUGHED at because they DIDN'T HAVE CHESE WHEN WE ASKED THEY LOOKED AT US LIKE WE WERE CRAZY.
