Good food

I don't know what happened but this place has gone downhill FAST. We have been going here for a year and a half and I won't be going back after the experience I had recently. The dude just stared at me while I tried to order and talk to him. They got super confused ringing up our order, over charged us. The meats and cheeses are all hidden now which is weird and I had to ASK the dude to change his gloves. He was just going back and forth between register and food with the same gloves. The people that worked here used to be clean and friendly. Highly disappointed.

Worse place to buy, I try to make a order and the lady there look me so bad, and so racist, I come true at 9:07 pm they close at 10 pm and she don't want take my order

Disgusting, to say the least. One of the guys handling our food touched EVERYTHING around him including the ordering system and immediately proceeded to handle more food afterwards with the same gloves. He was constantly wiping sweat on his arms while making sandwiches. The other guy preparing food was clearly suffering from the flu and should've been at home. Never coming here again, this place is a health risk.

This franchise has been bought out. Now they hide all the things you used to be able to see. Chicken Steak Cheese etc. The sandwich was made with cheese and a little bit of bacon. Could hardly see any chicken in this chicken ranch sandwich. I won't go there again.

Looks like they already took my post down from a few weeks ago. Hair in the sub and we went back to refund with the uneaten sandwiches the old lady grabbed our bag and threw it in the trash and said to never come back. Be aware, very unsanitary!

Ended up getting subs last night bread was stale this morning I work up with chronic stomach pain and bad food poisoning won’t ever be eating here again.

The best subway in cape coral hands down.
