Closed over an hour early. Also, refuse to accept Subway coupons

I love Subway!!!!! They have good food.

I eat at this restaurant kind of regularly. I've noticed the quality of the subs consistently going down. The person making the sub was doing everything she could to minimize the amount of everything she put on the sub. I had to demand more of everything I asked for. I'm so tired of these corporate/ franchised stores and the way they rip off their customers. I will no longer be doing business with subway. Screwed again by corporate America. This owner should be ashamed of his business.

We stopped in Burnt Hills Subway around 4pm. No line. We weren't sure what we wanted but the employees were patient. Only complaint I heard from grandchildren,,,they ran out of straws a 6" sub & small drink less than $10✌️. Oh..also they do not accept coupons, here

Stopped in at 815 pm because there open till 9 pm and there lights are on personal in store saying their closed

Typical subway. This one was very clean though and the guy behind the counter provided great customer service.

New girl at the counter. Sub was just ok. Could have been more veggies. Hope they read this review and make changes.
