The workers at the subway is extremely rude and doesn’t know anything at all about customer service, you’ll walk inside the restaurant and they act as if you’re invisible. I hope this place shuts down soon! Mediocre sandwich with terrible employees!
I placed an order for delivery through the subway app and my order was never received or delivered. I called the store about a refund and they told me that I would have to write an email in order to do so which I find is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. For me not to be able to speak to a person and not get my money back as quickly as it was taken nor a call or follow up on a delivery that cannot be made. Was just all around horrible customer service to this point. At what point does someone place an order that cannot be completed and then the customer has to reach out to find out where is their food is and or money. This is a learning experience for me and one I will never repeat. People else where will be happy to receive my business. Called the store so I can get the number of the store to place a refund request through the email the told me. And since I placed an order online and never received a recite I could not complete the email to do a refund cause the associate in the store stopped picking up calls to my number. Just a horrible experience with this franchise.

Ordering ahead is a waste of time, they will charge your card but won’t make the order, and their excuses are endless.
Great Service Especially from Taylor. I don’t go to Subways often so I was stumped on what to try out. He was Kind enough to give me a recommendation and I don’t regret listening to him. Very kind.
They don’t care about vegetables and sauces. They just mess it up all the time during deliveries. Terrible subway!
