Ordered online for pickup and they only gave me a single few slices of meat :/
Doesn't matter how far in advance you make your mobile order. They wait to make it until you arrive. Slow and terrible service.
Ordered a sandwich online and it was made wrong and disgraceful. I’m a paying customer! This is unacceptable. I’m so disappointed. I would never put that in a customer sandwich! Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich is great if made by someone who cares about the customers !
Frozen ingredients, stale bread from yesterday, avoid.
I came at this subway location and I ordered a sandwich. I ordered a 6 inch sandwich by itself nothing else and they charged me a $10. A foot-long is $12 just two dollars difference it don’t make sense. Not to mention the guy never give me a receipt, so I think he’s charging people for the wrong amount of money and he don’t give receipts so you don’t know the price that he’s charging you. I think he’s taking the money for himself and then put the sandwich with the right amount in the register. Are used to come here all the time. Now I don’t think I’m ever going back here ever again. I really wish something can get done about this but I don’t think this issue will get resolved.
I come at 1:30 and your employee locked the door and was cleaning the floor. Next time fix your hours. If you close before 2:30 why does your store say it’s open? Awful customer service
Best subway I've been to hands down. Everything's clean/prepped, and the guys here are always cool and attentive to detail. Great food with great service.
