They lie they not open at 8am and on here says they are open unprofessional and should change there times online and have responsibilities
Their bathroom according to them has nor been working for three years! How as a customer can I not use your bathroom. Do rhey have a different bathroom for staff use. Cause is a hygiene issue. Why should I patronize somewhere I cannot the bathroom to wash my hands before u sit n consume the food I buy there. Thus us unacceptable on every level 3 years if a bathroom nit working. Now urs becoming A LIE. FIRST IT WAS CIVID. NOW UT BROKEN. LIES. NYC debt if health needs to look into this. M I'm calling them cyz where's staff washing their hands n using in the kitchen.
Poor customer service and the presentation of the sandwiches is horrible, and they barely give you meat
The women who are behind the counter are rude and Unsanitary. Right In front of me woman drops my sandwich meat and picks it up and puts it on the sandwich. When I asked her to remove it. She started yelling in another language and her coworkers were laughing. I walked out and contacted subways with no response
Unsanitary practices dropped my meat and picked it off the ground and tried to serve me it.
The worst subways ever, If I could give them a zero I would they never participate in any promotions they never take any coupons because they’re scanner never ever works. Customer service sucks corporate needs to come check it out!!! Today was free 6 inch sandwich from their new menu and they said they don’t participate in that !
It is not just this Subway that is rude, I don't understand why they find it so hard to honor a coupon (I am all for saving coins), these people actually talked back and forth (in their language) for a minute or so and when asked if they are going to honor my "FREESUB" coupon I had to wait another minute as they continue their conversation, l asked again would they be honoring my coupon or give it back. He said he would accept the coupon and proceeded to make 2 sorry subs, which I watched them make (I expressed my displeasure with some audible responses like "oh for real, that's all the meat we get"), the kicker is after I purchased my item and a few add-ons, the cashier said thank you and have a nice day with an attitude, I mumbled yeah ok and left, another experience (I will make this brief) has to do with an on-line order and of course "FREESUB" coupon....ok order went thru on-line get to the store @ pick up time, but order is not ready, why??? dude wants to know how I got 2 subs for "this price" (he's holding the receipt and pointing to the price), says I am not suppose to order on-line I am suppose to come into the store and proceeds to angrily fill my order, stop running coupons (promotions) if you don't want to accept them....I am through with ALL Subways
They dont let you Dine-in or use the Restroom even when you purchase from there. They need to remove that "Feature" from the list on here.
