I'm upset with them because they don't sell Monster energy drinks like every other Subway does. When I order ahead into the app and I come to pick up the order, the damned staff haven't even started yet. What is the point of me using the app for convenience if I still have to wait for my food to get prepared? The one time I ordered a churro there was barely enough topping on it. They are the only location that actually makes me show my ID for online orders. Anyways I moved so I don't have to go back to the store if I don't want to, at one point it was the only establishment near me. Good riddance.

This used to be my main go to I loved going here and seeing the people working here as it usually was a friendly field and atmosphere. Until recently everything changed I don’t know who this was the manager or a wanna be manager cancelled my coupon code and voided my code which came from the official site. I am not going to go here again and much rather go to any other one after that small action.

Non English speaking employees. Or at least they claim not to speak English if you are having a problem with prices or service. One of the employees wears, or wore what looked like an ridiculously oversized shower cap on his head instead of a hair net. On his beard he wore nothing. They wear rubber gloves but then they handle the money and everything else and do not take it upon themselves to put on a new pair when making your order. ~Don't forget to tell them to change into new gloves.~ I asked for mayonnaise on the bread only. When I left and opened my sandwich to eat; there was so much mayonnaise that I had to throw out my sandwich, I couldn't even eat it. Three regular priced foot longs are not $45 plus tax. He rang us up for 3 of the "Monster" foot longs at $15 a piece. Since he spoke no English all of a sudden, (English was fine while making the food), due to sudden lack of communication skills we had to come back in the morning to get a manager to refund us the difference owed us. And get this, after he rang us up, the cashier tried to nonchalantly toss the receipt into the garbage. When asked to retrieve the receipt and give it to us he looked as if he got caught eating the canary. We busted him trying to beat us for an extra $12. Buyer beware and consumer be cautious. Patronize at your own risk.
