I get there to pick up delivery, and y'all expect me to wait on 7 other people's food to be prepared and paid for before acknowledging me?? Naw. A $4.50 delivery isn't worth all that, therefore accepting orders for this location is a loss of money. The girl working the register with the stink face obviously hates her job, btw. Happy Easter!

I have, as of right now, been standing at the counter for 15 min waiting on someone to come take my order. Even though four employees have walked by and not even acknowledged me. As a certified chef, this is ridiculous!! Do better

Stopped there before looking at the reviews and had to eat worst subway sandwich of my life. We were 10 people in total, all vegetarians and ordered veggie delight without patty. An Employee named NICOLE who was making out sandwiches, was completely unprofessional and seems like she hates the business and working there. We 10 ppl in total left hungry and annoyed as our veggie sandwich was nothing but a bread. Also we are great tippers but left no tip at all as she had a horrible attitude. Also wearing headphones while you’re on duty is the first sign of spotting irresponsible employee which we realized later. Save your money ppl

I goes in there to order 2 foot longs today!At the Finley location! While the lady other was fixing my sandwich! A manager that was on duty with such a nasty attitude ask me what coupons I had! I told her I had a coupon for 2 foot longs for 12.99 !she stated to me that they don’t except those kind of coupons! Keep in mind there is no signs posted stating what coupons you can and can not use! I told her that I comes to this location and never had an issue with any of my coupons! So the lady who was fixing my sandwiches ask me did I still want the sandwiches without my coupon! So I asked her could I use my 6.99 coupon for one of the subs the manger yelled out and as no! So she told the employee to give it to some homeless people that was hanging out in the lobby! I never been so insulted how she treated me as a customer She kept saying something about people playing with her bonus check which I thought was inappropriate to say! The manger on duty does not have great customer service she’s soo rude! I don’t know who to reach out too about her! But they don’t have to worry about me ever coming back to that location! So yes I left 2 foot longs and pizza on the table and left out in disbelief! Now worry about your waste instead of your stupid bonus check!

Sorry to non caring attitude of employee. Stopped by 08/28/23 around 08:30am to get a sandwich as I have done weekly for the past 4 months. I asked if the 6 inch special was still offered and I was told yes if you have a rewards card. I replied to the young lady that in the past I was never informed about a rewards card and always got the special. This apparently didn't set well with this employee and honestly I got the overwhelming impression she didn't want to deal with a White man - very obvious. As a weekly customer of this Subways and a weekly customer of Mapco purchasing diesel fuel neither of these will ever have my business again. I easily spent $500.00 a month on fuel - both business have lost a customer and I do not expect it to matter to the young lady I dealt with yesterday. I went to the next Subway down the interstate and got the special - no questions asked.

My sandwich bread was flat and soggy. Even before they added my toppings but all they're bread looked flat and soggy. It seemed like they either underbaked it or over proofed the dough.

Showed up at 8:10 and they told me they were closed even tho they close at 9

They are either closed or always out of the basic ish shut it down

Customer service was terrible. I walked in to order a sandwich and a girl came from the back and said “they closed right now they gone open a little later”. I walked back out and went to my car and as I looked back in two girls was standing at the register drinking a drink. The store had been open for at least an hour so I’m not sure why they wasn’t open at the time.
